1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of southernindianawashpros.com and the services provided by Southern Indiana Wash Pros. By using this site or booking our services, you agree to them.

2. Quotes

Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide and on conditions observable at quoting. If on-site conditions differ materially from what was described, we will tell you and agree on any price change before work begins — never after.

3. Scheduling & Weather

Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent. If rain, wind, or temperature makes quality work impossible, we will reschedule promptly and communicate proactively. There is no charge for weather rescheduling.

4. Property Access & Preparation

Customers agree to provide access to exterior water, unlock gates, secure pets indoors, close windows, and move vehicles or fragile items from work areas as requested. We handle landscaping protection as part of our process.

5. Workmanship

If something we cleaned doesn't meet the standard we promised, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and make it right. Some conditions — deeply set stains, oxidation, hard-water etching, surface damage predating our work — cannot be fully corrected by cleaning, and we'll identify these honestly before work when we can see them.

6. Pre-Existing Conditions

We clean surfaces; we don't repair them. Loose paint, failing caulk, brittle seals, cracked panels, and rotten wood may become more visible once grime is removed. We photograph and flag pre-existing damage we notice and are not responsible for conditions that predate our work.

7. Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Recurring commercial accounts are invoiced per their agreement.

8. Liability

We carry general liability insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim, except where law provides otherwise.
